I'm Sofia, an intuitive abstract artist.

My process is deeply intuitive. I rarely know where a creation will take me. Instead, I follow what emerges — through colour, texture, movement, and the dialogue that unfolds.

There is a lot of trust in this process. Trust in what wants to emerge, in what I feel, and in allowing each layer to have its place. Even the difficult ones.

Rather than trying to erase or change what appears, I practice meeting it with love, curiosity, and acceptance. And often, it's through this process that something new reveals itself.

My hope is that something of this presence remains in the finished work.

That a painting can become more than something to look at. A quiet anchor. A reminder that you can stay connected to yourself, even through the difficult parts of life.
